Pets - Dog Leash - Bungee Puppee

Pets No Comments

We had recently attended a Pet Expo.  For those that have never been, this is an event where dozens of vendors line up in aisles selling their goods.  The vendors carry all kinds of items like organic dog food, beds, collars, brushes, leashes, etc.

For whatever reason, we seem to be growing a small collection of leashes.  There are so many options out there to fill your every need.  We came across (and purchased one) recently called Bungee Puppee.  A simple concept really, just a couple of bungee cords tied together.  I have since seen a few variations by other vendors, but was impressed with the quality of the Bungee Puppee.

Needless to say we purchased one.  We chose the short 3ft leash because it makes it easier to control our dog.  But as I’ve said, we have a small collection of leashes, one of which is 20ft or so.

Bungee Puppee comes in a couple of variations based on the size/weight of your dog, it also has two kinds of handles.  The flexibility in the bungee cord makes it easier on you when you are walking, and the dog seems to respond to the different feel as well.  Check it out.

Dangerous Dog Toy - Pimple Ball by Four Paws

Pets No Comments

Here is a tragic story brought to my attention regarding a chew toy called Pimple Ball manufactured by Four Paws.

The poor dog had to have it’s tongue amputated.

Apparently the key problem was due to there only being one hole in the toy which created intense suction. Something to look out for when buying toys for your dog in the future.
