3. Timing: The overall Promotion begins on February 7, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on February 15, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Giveaway begins on February 7, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends the earlier of the time the last Offer (defined below) is given away to an eligible recipient following the live broadcast of the Dockers television commercial, or February 7, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”); the Instant Win Game begins on February 8, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on February 15, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Instant Win Game Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter:
a. Giveaway: There are two (2) ways to register for the Giveaway.
i. Register Online or Using a WAP-enabled Mobile Device: During the Giveaway Period, visit http://www.dockers.com online or using a WAP-enabled mobile device and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including your first name, email address and zip code.

ii. Register via Text-Messaging: During the Giveaway Period, using a two-way text-messaging capable device, text DOCKERS to the short code 76060. You will receive a text-message response from Sponsor requesting you to submit your email address in order to complete the registration. Text STOP to 76060 to opt-out. Text HELP for information. Entrants that register for the Giveaway by text-messaging will be charged according to their carrier’s standard text-messaging rates and entrants should contact their carrier for pricing plans and details. Regardless of how you register, if you are one of the first two thousand and ten (2,010) individuals to register for the Giveaway following the live broadcast of the Dockers commercial, you automatically will receive one (1) pair of Dockers soft khakis pants awarded as a gift code redeemable at Dockers.com (the “Offer”). Size and style of pants subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $30. Potential recipients will receive an email notifying them that they will receive the Offer.
