The most Famous Phone Number of all times was up for Sale on eBay.  867-5309 made famous by a 1980s song.

Written by Alex Call and Jim Keller and performed by Tommy Tutone. It peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and number one on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart in 1982.

Final Bid — $186,853.09

Originally the Bids were over $400,000 but apparently after having been unable to confirm those bids, the high bids were removed.  Even in the last hour, the bid fell from about $265,000 down to under $200,000.  Still not a bad deal for just a phone number.    Maybe he should pay Tommy Tutone a commission?
