This is a really Cool Website and a simple but very useful tool.

How many times do we have friends, family, or maybe a date and we want to split the drive evenly.  Sometimes it’s difficult to find a good spot somewhere in the middle, and even if you do, maybe you don’t know any place to eat or meet in that area.

You can find restaurants, movie theaters, coffee shops (Starbucks, Dunkin Doughnuts, etc), golf courses, camp grounds, nightlife (bars, pubs, nightclubs, etc), and more.

Well that’s why “Happy Median” was created, to do just that.

“HappyMedian was founded in February 2005 with the intention of making it easier for people to find a place to meet. We enable old friends and new, singles (and not so singles), family, and business acquaintances to find places between them that are convenient to all.

You tell us where everyone is coming from…we’ll find you places to meet in a way that no one else can.

In more detailed terms, HappyMedian allows a user to enter two to four towns representing each person wishing to meet, via zip code or a city and state combination. This information allows HappyMedian to find the most fairly equidistant towns between those entered. We then provide the user with a list of various types of places to meet, from restaurants and bars to coffee shops and lodging.”
