Wine - The 20 Minute Rule
Myth - Red wine is to be served at room temperature, and white wine is to be served chilled.
Fact - Most “Room” temperatures are too warm. “Chilled” is generally too cold
The 20 Minute Rule
White Wines - Keep in the refrigerator, remove 20 minutes before serving
Red Wines - Keep at room temperature, put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving
For the average consumer of wine, this very Simple Rule will enhance your enjoyment of most wines.
