Here is a tragic story brought to my attention regarding a chew toy called Pimple Ball manufactured by Four Paws.

The poor dog had to have it’s tongue amputated.

Apparently the key problem was due to there only being one hole in the toy which created intense suction. Something to look out for when buying toys for your dog in the future.
